<p>Since 2016, Baku Marathon has been held with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, with the goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing a running culture in Azerbaijan. The course starts and finishes at the State Flag Square, passing along the scenic seaside boulevard and through the central streets of the city. The race&#39;s slogan &mdash; &ldquo;Conquer the Wind&rdquo; &mdash; reflects the spirit of freedom, willpower, and the drive to reach new heights.<br />
Baku Marathon is also a large-scale family festival. The event program includes fan zones, interactive games, and a concert, attracting running enthusiasts, supporters, locals, and visitors of Azerbaijan&rsquo;s capital.</p>
